ADP, Inc. in Carteret, NJ seeks a Station Trainee to support daily station operations, improve delivery efficiency, and assist with logistics tasks such as parcel sorting and unloading.

You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners, participate in cross-functional learning, and work with regional leadership to understand business operations and management practices. This role offers exposure to multiple areas of the business and pathways to future leadership roles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
• Fluent in English and Chinese; Spanish a plus.
• Adaptable to fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
• Excellent execution and problem-solving skills.
• Strong analytical skills; familiarity with data tools a plus.

Responsabilités

• Support daily station operations, including improving delivery efficiency, optimizing workflows, and assisting with basic logistics tasks such as parcel sorting and unloading.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Participate in cross-functional learning and gain exposure to different areas of the business.
• Work closely with regional leadership and department heads to understand business operations and management practices.
• Collaborate with team members to support business expansion initiatives, including new city launches and relocation assignments as needed.
