Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–4 years related functional experience.

• Willingness to travel as necessary and to support the required schedule.

Responsibilities

• Communicate performance standards and interview hourly associates for hire.
• Monitor attendance, productivity, and performance markers; provide coaching or recognition as needed.
• Supervise logistics operations including customer service, dispatch, and proper documentation.
• Evaluate and improve work methods to boost dispatch/warehouse productivity.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and control inventory, returns, damages.
• Align daily activities with location safety strategy and provide safety direction.
