The position is salaried (exempt) with a schedule of Mon-Fri, 11:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m., and a compensation range of $65,000.00–$72,000.00 per year based on experience, with full-time benefits.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• 1 year+ in transportation, warehouse or distribution preferred.
• 0 to 1 year direct supervisory/leadership experience required.
• DOT Regulated.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day logistics operations and coordinate staff.
• Plan schedules with Logistics Manager to meet standards and customer specs.
• Monitor KPI and drive progress toward objectives.
• Coach and counsel team; recognize performance and provide feedback.
• Uphold health, safety, and security initiatives and company policies.
• Lead orientation for staff and lead hands; ensure tools and information are available.
