Job summary

Talentify is seeking a hands-on Logistics Manager in Minneapolis, MN to lead facility operations, inventory flow, and shipping/receiving. The role focuses on building scalable systems, ensuring safety, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to support rapid growth.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in logistics, warehouse, operations, facilities, or supply chain environments.
• Experience in shipping/receiving, inventory control, and facility operations.
• Associate degree preferred (not required) in Operations, Supply Chain, Facilities Management, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day facility operations, maintenance, and vendor coordination.
• Manage shipping, receiving, inventory, and material flow activities.
• Coordinate domestic and international shipments.
• Ensure warehouse, laboratory, and office areas remain organized, safe, and efficient.
• Support equipment readiness, including forklifts and operational tools.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support daily operations and company growth.
• Drive process improvements and help build scalable operational systems.
• Support workplace safety and EHS initiatives across the facility.
