Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Learn to build and maintain relationships with drivers and carriers to ensure productivity.
• Fill in for absent personnel and support special projects to optimize fleet operations.
• Train drivers and staff on internal and customer systems.
• Analyze performance and report on KPI, customer reporting, and financials.
• Manage inventory, assets, and driver assignments to balance equipment.
• Perform payroll, budget management, and expense reporting tasks.
• Coordinate fleet maintenance and ensure safety compliance with DOT rules.
• Collaborate with drivers, customers, and staff to resolve service issues.
