This 24-week hands-on experience introduces you to Dayton Freight's operations, culture, and the transportation industry, with leadership training to prepare you for future managerial roles.

You will rotate through 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts, gain broad exposure to our services, and have opportunities for internal advancement within a stable, growing organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Willingness to relocate to any Service Center.
• Willingness to work a rotation of 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift.
