Dayton Freight Lines, Inc. is offering a Management Trainee Program designed for recent graduates or soon-to-be graduates.

This 24-week, hands-on experience immerses trainees in all areas of the company, building leadership skills and industry knowledge to prepare for future management roles. Trainees will rotate through shifts (1st, 2nd, 3rd) and relocate as needed to various service centers, gaining broad exposure to operations and leadership responsibilities within a fast-paced, growing

Qualifications

• Must possess a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college.
• Must be willing to relocate to any Service Center.
• Must be willing to work a rotation of 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift.
