This hands-on experience offers exposure to Dayton Freight's operations, leadership skills training, and company values in a fast-paced environment. You will rotate through shifts, relocate to service centers as needed, and gain practical experience in the LTL industry and day-to-day management

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college.
• Must be willing to relocate to any Service Center.
• Must be willing to work a rotation of 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift.

Responsibilities
