The role requires 2–5 years of leadership in warehousing, strong communication, analytical skills, and flexibility to work multiple shifts; you will lead supervisors, clerical staff, labor teams, and drivers while maintaining safety and performance standards.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of leadership experience in a warehouse, distribution, or logistics environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer applications.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage warehouse personnel, including supervisors, clerical staff, labor teams, and drivers.
• Oversee inventory control and ensure efficient material movement throughout the facility.
• Enforce safety standards, quality expectations, and company policies.
• Maintain strong customer relationships through daily communication and service excellence.
• Prepare and analyze reports related to productivity, quality, safety, staffing, maintenance, and operational discrepancies.
• Support additional operational initiatives and projects as assigned by the General Manager or customer.
