Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership to hourly staff to ensure daily tasks are executed efficiently.
• Supervise logistics operations including customer service, freight loading/unloading, dispatch and documentation.
• Evaluate and implement changes to improve dispatch productivity and training of new staff.
• Provide relief coverage for duties when associates are away and ensure accurate records.
• Ensure site safety alignment with location strategy and coach teams on safety practices.
• Support growth and customer experience goals by meeting KPIs and maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Plan fleet/asset usage and coordinate maintenance with vendors and leasing partners.
