Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. in Marlborough, MA is seeking a Manager of Logistics Operations to support our consolidation network and collaborate with 3PL partners to receive, process, and deliver goods to U.S. stores. You will manage budgets, performance, and service standards across assigned facilities.

This role requires 5–7 years of supply chain experience, a Bachelor's degree, strong analytical and leadership skills, and the ability to travel up to 25% as business needs require.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Supply Chain with 5–7 years' applicable experience.
• Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills.
• Excellent communicator with external strategic partners.
• Self-directed with the ability to manage timelines and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Drive operational excellence for flow through Consol/Transload warehouses and optimize transportation.
• Oversee 3PL managed Consol/Transload operations, KPI standards and SOPs.
• Lead peak season plans and strategies to support business needs.
• Deliver performance against KPIs and budgets; analyze root causes and create action plans.
• Manage exceptions and be escalation point for building/outbound issues.
• Monitor freight volume to ensure on-time delivery; identify process improvements.
• Collaborate with Field leadership, 3PLs, and carriers to ensure service standards.
