You will supervise processes, manage performance, and participate in hiring and coaching while driving continuous improvement and ensuring safety compliance across operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise drivers and hourly staff to meet customer requirements and company objectives
• Provide operational leadership for daily tasks including driver deliveries and loading/unloading
• Schedule workforce and equipment, manage performance and coaching
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures, and drive continuous improvement
• Coordinate with site leadership and customers to meet cost objectives and service levels
• Maintain records and reports accurately and timely
