• Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in business or related field and 1 year of experience in operations/logistics/retail with supervising and developing managers or equivalent Walmart experience.
• Experience supervising, evaluating, mentoring, and developing associates; managing workload; and participating in hiring/promotions across multiple departments.

Responsibilities

• Drive and implement the business plan for the area of responsibility to achieve facility goals.
• Forecast staffing workload and performance results to meet business demands.
• Prepare, review and analyze business reports to identify operational improvements.
• Monitor compliance with logistics, quality and safety standards and Walmart policies.
• Supervise and coach associates and leaders, provide feedback and development opportunities.
• Participate in hiring, promotion, coaching and evaluation of associates and leaders.
