Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a similarly relevant field.
• 5+ years relevant experience, or equivalent combination of relevant experience and education.
• Demonstrated vendor management and transportation experience in a warehouse setting, including inbound and outbound shipments and reverse logistics.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and optimize warehouse logistics processes, including warehouse layout, inventory levels, and material flow.
• Ensure logistics operations follow established procedures and industry standards.
• Coordinate the work of logistics personnel to achieve operational goals.
• Perform daily logistics tasks including stock management, receiving, crating, packing, shipping and housekeeping.
• Resolve delivery delays, damaged goods, or carrier issues to minimize disruptions.
• Maintain accurate logistics and shipment records for visibility of inventory movement and delivery status.
