Responsibilities

• Manage daily dispatch and interface of assigned drivers.
• Recruit, interview, train, and coach new drivers and staff.
• Oversee routing, sorting, and customer service operations.
• Deliver and pick up packages daily.
• Create and update driver notes in the system for delivery accuracy.

Skills

Able to prioritize and multi-task

Capable of using computers for routing and payroll

Familiar with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

Ability to interact with Logistics team and vendors

Self-Motivated and Resourceful

Comfortable and knowledgeable with technology and computers

Ability to effectively problem-solve
