Job summary

Under close supervision, you will gain hands-on experience with freight planning, asset utilization, DOT compliance, driver payroll, and daily operational tasks. Ideal for juniors or seniors pursuing an undergrad or graduate degree.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program in good standing.
• Able to work 20-25 hours per week during the school term.
• This position is not eligible for employment-based sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Gain exposure and understanding of basic transportation management principles.
• Participate in daily operational tasks including planning of freight, asset utilization, safety management, DOT compliance, driver payroll, and logistics analysis.
• Gain understanding of industry trends and company initiatives as they relate to driver retention.
• Perform account-specific duties as required by customer.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
