Job summary

Ideal candidates have 1+ year shipping experience, 3+ years forklift use, basic English, and legal work authorization in the US. The position offers a daytime shift and a competitive hourly rate.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of shipping/receiving in a manufacturing environment.
• 3+ years’ forklift experience.
• Experience with SAP system.
• Basic proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Manage logistics operations including ground, air, and sea shipments; ensure timely departures; communicate with customers; resolve export issues and claims.
• Create shipping documents such as BOLs and packing lists using SAP; maintain data accuracy.
• Safely operate stand-up reach truck, order picker, and forklift in high-traffic, narrow-aisle areas.
• Analyze KPIs and monthly reports to optimize shipment volume, profitability, and efficiency.
• Apply 6’s methodology to drive improvements and maintain urgency and safety.
• Work independently with attention to detail and collaborate with supervisors.
