Job summary

Siemens in Wendell, NC is seeking a Material Coordinator to keep the production line flowing by moving materials and recording receipts using SAP. Shift hours are 6:00AM–2:30PM with an hourly rate of $22.46, and the role requires 2+ years in material management and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Familiarity with SAP and SIEOPS is preferred. The successful candidate will coordinate with planners, buyers, schedulers, and managers to ensure timely material availability while adhering to safety

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in material management (warehousing).
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Basic proficiency in English (reading/writing/speaking).
• Experience with SAP and SIEOPS.

Responsibilities

• Use SAP for transfers, confirmations, inventory transactions, and close out orders.
• Count and verify incoming material; determine line stock needs and issue pick lists.
• Pull and kit material; coordinate with Material Handlers and resolve flow issues.
• Follow safety rules and seek process improvements; work independently and in a team.
