Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling in Fontana, CA is seeking a full-time dock operations associate to join our team. Shift is Monday–Friday with a 3am start.

You will process, produce, and reconcile shipping, receiving, and delivery documents and support dock operations to ensure accurate, timely deliveries. Responsibilities include data collection for reporting, cross-functional collaboration with internal and external customers, and maintaining documentation accuracy.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED with 1–3 years of related experience.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with processing, producing, and reconciling shipping, receiving, and delivery documents; track service performance
• Collect and prepare information for operational reporting and data tracking
• Interact with internal and external customers and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Support dock operations, including inbound load check-in, shipment monitoring, sequencing, and documentation accuracy
• Conduct pick floor walks to drive efficiency and compliance
• Support slot sequencing, re-slotting, and monitor out-of-stock (OOS) conditions
• Other duties as assigned
