Job summary

John S. Connor is seeking an entry-level Logistics Operations Assistant to help coordinate shipments and maintain accurate records.

No prior logistics experience is required, and you will learn company systems, shipping terminology, and documentation through hands-on training alongside experienced colleagues. • Monitor shipment activity and share timely updates with the team.
• Support scheduling, documentation, and coordination across logistics functions.
• Assist with warehouse, inventory, cargo, or vessel-related activities as assigned.
• Learn to recognize when something needs attention, ask questions, and bring issues to the right person.
