Job summary

Tenaris is hiring a Logistics Operations Analyst for the Hickman facility in AR. You will support logistics and supply chain activities, manage budgets, vendor contracts, and data-driven cost analyses to ensure efficient operations and safety compliance.

The role requires collaboration across cross-functional teams and a proactive approach to process improvements, with hands-on experience in Excel and Power Platform tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
• 2 years of experience in logistics or supply chain operations.
• Strong Excel, Power BI, and Power Platform skills.
• Knowledge of cost analysis, vendor management, and contract administration.
• Understanding of logistics processes, fleet operations, and yard activities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• - Develop and manage the annual operations and supply chain budget; perform monthly cost analysis.
• - Review cost system data for alignment with standards and identify deviations.
• - Support capital investment decisions with FAIs focused on efficiency, quality, performance.
• - Manage vendor activities: contracts, procurement, invoices, and payments.
• - Oversee fleet contracts and maintenance across the supply chain.
• - Drive continuous improvement by benchmarking Tenaris locations.
• - Lead yard-related initiatives: system implementations, yard setup, logistics optimization.
• - Promote and monitor safety programs through preventive and corrective actions.
• - Ensure compliance with Tenaris policies and regulatory requirements.
