Job summary

Tenaris in Baytown, TX is seeking a Logistics Operations Analyst/Sr. Analyst to own and execute product warehouse and yard operations, driving continuous improvement and KPI monitoring. This role supports safe, efficient logistics and collaborates with the Supply Chain team.

The ideal candidate is a recent Industrial Engineering or Supply Chain graduate with up to 3 years experience, proficient in Excel and Power BI, and able to analyze data to improve productivity and service levels.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management , or a related field.
• Up to 3 years of experience in logistics, warehouse, inventory, manufacturing, or supply chain operations.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
• Knowledge of data analysis, and KPI monitoring.
• Working knowledge of project planning, organization, and follow-up.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Initiative, organization, and a continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead continuous improvement projects to enhance Product Warehouse and Yard operational performance.
• Coordinate procurement, inventory control, and invoice management of critical warehouse and yard supplies.
• Develop, monitor, and report KPIs to measure warehouse efficiency and operational performance.
• Analyze operational data and identify opportunities to improve productivity, cost efficiency, and service levels.
• Support the planning and execution of warehouse and yard projects, including budget tracking, timelines, and resource coordination.
• Ensure adequate availability of critical supplies and materials required for warehouse and yard operations.
• Coordinate training plans and development activities for the Baytown Product Warehouse team in partnership with the Training Unit.
• Protect from damage, theft, or misuse of the facilities, equipment, and other physical resources assigned to the area.

Purpose

Own and execute Product Warehouse and Yard operations in Baytown through continuous improvement initiatives, supply management, project execution, and performance monitoring. Ensure warehouse processes, yard infrastructure, and operational resources support safe, efficient, and reliable logistics execution.
