Job summary

BTI Solutions, Inc. is seeking an experienced logistics operations professional to monitor and support warehousing, transportation, inbound and outbound forwarding across North America. You will analyze data, train operators, and enforce policy standards to improve KPIs and productivity.

The role requires 6+ years in warehouse logistics, strong Excel skills, and occasional travel to the US/Canada. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, and Korean bilingual abilities are a plus.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel with VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to prioritize effectively and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to multi-task with an exceptional attention to detail.
  • Travel up to 10% in US/Canada.
  • Experience in corporate warehouse operations or 3PLs logistics companies focusing on electronics in US preferred.
  • 6+ years of relevant warehouse operations experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Korean bilingual preferred.

  • Analyze operation data and procedures, identify improvements, and train operators of SDS branches.
  • Maintain and improve KPIs and productivity for all scope of logistics operations and conduct improvement tasks and projects.
  • Research best practices of logistics operation in other SDS branches and companies and implement suitable best practices on SDS branches in North America.
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
  • Undertake other ad hoc assignments required by the line manager or Head of Team

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Relevant experience in corporate level warehouse operations or 3PLs logistics companies specializing in transportation of electronics in US is preferred
  • 6+ years of relevant experience in warehouse operation within the logistics industry preferred
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Travel %: less then 10% US / Canada Korean Bilingual preferred
