Job summary

Pentair is seeking a Logistics Material Handler for the Moorpark, CA area to support manufacturing and production of Pentair Pool Products. The role involves handling parts, packing small components, and assisting in general labor tasks on a fast-paced line.

Qualified candidates will operate RF scanners with SAP, drive sit-down/stand-up forklifts, and communicate in English (Spanish bilingual a plus). Training and skill development opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Able to use RF scanners for transfers on SAP.
• Able to drive sit-down and stand-up forklift.
• Comfortable operating a forklift in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Previous experience in a similar manufacturing environment.
• Previous experience in production and/or assembly position.
• Bilingual – English/Spanish is a plus.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for correctly, documenting and handling of parts.
• Need to be flexible to rotate on the line.
• Be familiar with packing small components and packaging operations.
• Provide general labor incidental to manufacturing operations.
• Need to be capable of performing a variety of production operations incidental to the manufacturing of various items or devices produced in the department
• Need to be able to use fine hand manipulation. Must be able to read, write and understand written, visual and oral instructions. Able to use a variety of hand tools in department, including but not limited to, air guns, screwdrivers, wrenches, and other power/hand tools.
