Job summary

Pentair plc is seeking a Material Handler for the 1st shift in Chardon, OH. You will support material flow by delivering and receiving raw materials, replenishing kits, transporting finished goods, maintaining Kanban inventory, and upholding 5S and Pentair “Win Right” standards across the campus.

Responsibilities include delivering materials to production cells, operating a lift truck (license preferred), replenishing kits, and ensuring timely material flow.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work at a fast pace and in a changing work environment.
• Be able to organize and have a strong attention to detail.
• Be a self-starter and able to work with little supervision.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Component, assembly and kitting knowledge preferred.
• Lift truck license, preferred.
• JDE experience, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver raw materials to production cells.
• Operate a lift truck and obtain/maintain license.
• Pick up finished goods as required.
• Receive raw materials as required.
• Support material flow through Chardon campus as needed.
• Reorder raw materials through Kanban process as required.
• Maintain 5S standards and align with Win Right culture.
• Replenish Kits in market as required.
• Operate a tugger to facilitate material to the production area.
