Job summary

SOSi is seeking a qualified Logistics Manager to support the Missions Solutions Business Unit through the DoD‑approved SkillBridge program. You will gain work experience in logistics management, transportation, warehouse support and operations.

The role involves coordinating planning, dispatch operations, policy compliance, and collaborating with the Missions Business Unit and Operations Team to improve service delivery and regulatory adherence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Logistics certifications preferred.
• Experience in logistics management, transportation and warehouse operations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to operate independently and lead initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning and implementation of business logistics and maintenance activities; scheduling, allocation.
• Foster a team-oriented work environment and maintain positive relationships with staff.
• Provide PR/PO support with the Missions Business Unit.
• Coordinate local dispatch activities with the local dispatch team.
• Ensure compliance with policies, programs, and contracts.
• Collaborate with Operations Team to monitor performance and identify improvements.
• Review reports to recommend process improvements.
