Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics or Supply Chain preferred.
• Three+ years in supply chain, logistics, warehouse or related field.
• Two+ years of managing direct reports.
• Excellent knowledge of Transportation and/or Warehouse Logistics operations (advanced).
• Advanced knowledge of safety and security requirements (advanced).

Responsibilities

• Manage performance of salaried and hourly employees and ensure policy compliance.
• Collaborate with senior management and customers to meet account needs.
• Oversee payroll and timekeeping for staff.
• Analyze weekly/monthly P&L to inform profitability and report to leadership.
• Handle accounts payable, vendor quotes, and customer invoicing.
• Lead safety meetings and ensure regulatory compliance.
