Responsibilities

• Leads and develops managers responsible for internal logistics execution and SS assembly kitting operations.
• Provides direction, establishes priorities, and ensures consistent execution across assigned operations and shifts.
• Maintains accountability for material storage, movement, replenishment, point-of-use delivery, and kit quality.
• Leads Inventory Records Accuracy, including cycle counting, discrepancy resolution, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Establishes performance expectations and holds team accountable for safety, quality, velocity, cost, and people results.
• Develops leadership capability through coaching, succession planning, performance management, and employee development.
• Aligns staffing, resources, and operating plans with production requirements.
• Partners with Operations, Quality, Supply Chain Planning, and other stakeholders to resolve material availability and inventory issues.
• Leads continuous improvement in safety, productivity, inventory accuracy, material flow, space utilization, and cost.
