Southland Industries in Horsham, PA is seeking an experienced Logistics Manager to lead warehouse and transportation operations at our modular construction site. You will oversee shipments, manage a team, and drive efficiency in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in logistics with leadership, familiarity with union environments, and strong Excel/data analysis skills to improve processes and vendor performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of logistics experience with team leadership.
• Experience in a union environment preferred.
• Background in logistics or 3PL is a plus.
• Strong written communication and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee vehicle traffic and shipments in and out of the facility.
• Manage local logistics movements between on-campus facilities.
• Drive efficiency and innovation in logistics processes.
• Evaluate and provide feedback on vendor performance to optimize operations.
• Partner with operations to manage inbound shipments from international suppliers.
