Job summary

Immatics N.V. is seeking a Logistics Manager to lead the warehouse team and ensure material availability, inventory accuracy, and cGMP compliance for clinical and commercial manufacturing.

You will manage direct and indirect materials from receipt to finished-goods shipment and support ERP/WMS processes. The role is based on-site in Stafford, TX with a 2nd shift schedule (3:30 PM - 11:30 PM) and requires coordination with multiple functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Business, Life Sciences, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in logistics, warehousing, inventory management, supply chain, or manufacturing operations, preferably in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and coach the logistics and warehouse team with clear expectations and performance goals.
• Oversee receiving, inspection coordination, put-away, storage, picking, staging, inventory control, and shipping of materials and finished goods.
• Ensure timely material availability and movement to manufacturing based on production schedules.
• Maintain accurate inventory through FEFO, cycle counting, and reconciliation.
• Oversee ERP/WMS transactions and material flow, including returns and CAPA support.
• Develop replenishment strategies including Kanban and reorder points.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP, SOPs, safety, and regulatory expectations.
