Immatics, a leader in cancer immunotherapy, seeks a Manager of Logistics for its Stafford, TX site. You will lead the warehouse team, ensure on-time material flow from receipt to shipping, and maintain strict cGMP-compliant practices for direct/indirect materials. Schedule: 2nd shift, 3:30 PM - 11:30 PM, Monday–Friday, on-site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in logistics, warehousing, or manufacturing operations in regulated environments.
• Or an Associate’s degree with 7+ years of relevant experience in biotech/pharma settings.
• Or a high school diploma with 9+ years of related experience in logistics and inventory control.

Responsabilités

• Lead, develop, and coach the logistics and warehouse team with clear goals and accountability.
• Oversee receiving, inspection coordination, put-away, storage, picking, and shipping of materials and finished goods.
• Ensure control of quarantined, released, rejected, expired, damaged, and obsolete materials.
• Maintain accurate inventory through FEFO, cycle counting, and reconciliation.
• Ensure material availability to manufacturing per schedules and priorities.
• Oversee ERP transactions for material issuance, consumption, returns, and reconciliations.
• Develop replenishment strategies including Kanban and reorder points.
