Job summary

Vaco is partnering with a growing company in Phoenix, AZ, to hire a Logistics Manager who will oversee transportation and logistics operations, optimize route planning, and drive cost efficiency. This on-site role requires hands-on leadership with a focus on safety, performance, and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years in Transportation and leadership, proven SOP development, and a strong track record in managing drivers and coordinating schedules.

• 3-5+ years of Transportation & leadership.
• Must have management/leadership experience.
• Must have experience building Standard Operating Procedures within Transportation/Logistics teams.
• Must have 5-year MVR.

Vaco is working with a growing company in Phoenix, AZ that is looking for a Logistics Manager to join their team. This Logistics Manager will oversee transportation and logistics operations, ensuring efficient deliveries, effective route planning, driver coordination, and cost management. This is a direct hire position that is fully on site in West Phoenix, paying $70K-$75K per year depending on experience, with interviews taking place this week.
