Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is hiring a Warehouse Logistics Manager in Hazelwood, MO for our Supply Chain Solutions division. The role offers a salary of $82,000–$89,000 with an annual bonus up to 10% and a Monday–Friday night schedule (10:00pm–6:00am).

You will lead large warehouse teams, drive process improvements through data analysis, and collaborate with customers and senior management to meet performance goals. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• H.S. diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain preferred.
• Three+ years of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse or related field required.
• Two+ years of managing and leading direct reports required.
• Excellent knowledge of Transportation and/or Warehouse Logistics operations; safety and security requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage the performance of salaried and hourly employees under your responsibility, resolve performance issues, and ensure policy compliance.
• Collaborate with senior management and customers to determine needs and operate the account to meet demands.
• Be responsible for the payroll of employees.
• Analyze weekly and monthly P&L to determine profitability and provide reports to senior management.
• Handle accounts payable, vendor quotes, and customer invoicing.
• Lead Safety & Security meetings and provide safety training; ensure safety compliance.
• Perform other duties as assigned; adapt to a flexible schedule and shifts.

Pay Type: Exempt / Salary paid Twice Per Month Annual Salary Pay: $82,000-$89,000 Annual Bonus: up to 10% of base salary

Schedule: Monday-Friday Hours: 10:00pm-6:00am

Extensive warehouse leadership, knowledge, and process optimization experience is preferred Success in leading, mentoring, and developing large teams is highly desirable Ability to create solutions utilizing data analysis is preferred Experience in a customer facing role is preferred

Core Responsibilities

• Manage the performance of salaried employees as well as hourly paid employees under his/her responsibility, resolve performance issues, and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with senior management and customers to determine their needs and expectations and operate the account to meet those demands.
• Be responsible for the payroll of employees.
• Analyze weekly and monthly P&L statement to determine account profitability, and provide financial data and weekly operations report to senior management.
• Be responsible for accounts payable, vendor quotes for purchased materials, and customer invoicing.

• Additional Responsibilities Performs other duties as assigned.
• Must be available to work on a flexible schedule on the various work shifts.
