Serves as primary liaison for service level agreements (SLAs), conducts periodic audits and site visits, and resolves discrepancies and SOP or performance issues. Oversees cycle counts and the annual physical inventory, supporting the Inventory Lead as needed to ensure inventory accuracy, storage utilization and reconciliation at outsourced warehouse locations.
