Transportation Insight is seeking a Logistics Manager to provide tactical and operational support for a defined client book, ensuring delivery per contract and delivering client retention.
The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years in transportation, strong Excel and TMS experience, Salesforce, and proven communication and problem-solving skills. This on-site role in Hickory, NC offers standard hours Monday–Friday.

The Logistics Manager (LM) provides tactical and operational support to an assigned client book of business that ensures the solution outlined in each commercial agreement is delivered. The Logistics Manger will have responsibility for client retention for the assigned book of business and for partnering to provide strategic support for the Account Managers/Strategic Account Managers that own the commercial agreement for each client. There may be a minimum revenue threshold for account assignments to Logistics Managers.

This is a benefits-eligible position, working Monday through Friday; 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. An employee in this position must be available to work occasionally on weekends and evenings, during peak periods.
Travel to client locations on an "as needed" basis (typically less than 40%).
