The Shipping Manager is responsible for leading all outbound shipping, logistics, transportation planning, and warehouse execution activities for the Charlotte facility. This role ensures the safe, compliant, and efficient movement of finished goods, accessories, and replacement components while meeting customer delivery commitments and operational objectives. The Shipping Manager provides leadership for shipping and logistics supervisors, establishes standard work, drives accountability, and partners with Operations, Planning, Procurement, Customer Service, Transportation, and Quality teams to optimize delivery performance, inventory accuracy, and cost.
Lead daily shipping operations for finished units, accessories, and replacement components (RCD). Ensure on-time shipment execution, dock efficiency, and customer delivery performance. Oversee transportation planning, carrier performance, shipment tracking, and escalation management. Drive compliance with shipping procedures, audits, regulatory requirements, and quality standards.
Monitor and improve key performance indicators including: Safety Performance Employee Engagement On-Time Delivery (OTD) Transportation Provider Performance Shipping Productivity Freight Cost Performance Premium Freight Reduction Shipment Audit Compliance Inventory Accuracy
The annual salary for this position is between $96,000.00 - $192,000.00 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate. The pay range will not be below the minimum wage applicable to the jurisdiction in which the applicant is to be employed.
