Job summary

Carrier Global Corporation is seeking a Senior Supervisor, Logistics in Fort Worth, TX to lead multi-shift logistics operations, ensure timely material delivery to production, and maintain accurate inventories. You will manage staffing, train teams, and drive Lean processes across the warehouse and line-side areas.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree with 3+ years in logistics, ERP/WMS, and safety compliance; APICS/Lean certifications are a plus.

• 3+ years in logistics, warehouse, or materials management with supervisory experience.
• 3+ years of ERP/WMS systems and material-handling operations.
• 3+ years safety orientation (OSHA, PIT/forklift) experience.
• Availability to support a multi-shift operation.

Responsibilities

• Lead logistics teams across shifts for receiving, storage, replenishment and shipping.
• Ensure materials reach production on time; stage finished goods for shipment.
• Own inventory accuracy, cycle-counts and transaction discipline.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, training and performance of the logistics team.
• Drive Lean routines, standard work and 5S in warehouse and line-side areas.
• Ensure OSHA and powered truck safety compliance.
• Lead problem-solving on material flow, shortages and deviations.
• Track and improve logistics KPIs (OTD, inventory accuracy, productivity).

About this role:

The Senior Supervisor, Logistics leads logistics operations and teams across shifts, covering material receipt, storage, replenishment and shipping support. This role owns day-to-day execution, inventory accuracy and the development of front-line logistics teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leads logistics teams across shifts covering receiving, storage, replenishment and shipping support.
• Ensures materials are delivered to production on time and finished goods are staged for shipment.
• Owns inventory accuracy, cycle-count execution and transaction discipline.
• Manages staffing, scheduling, training and performance for the logistics team.
• Drives Lean logistics routines, standard work and 5S in warehouse, continuous improvement and line-side areas.
• Ensures compliance with OSHA and powered-industrial-truck safety requirements.
• Leads problem-solving on material flow, shortages and process deviations.
• Tracks and improves logistics KPIs (on-time delivery to line, inventory accuracy, productivity).

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree.
• 3+ years of logistics, warehouse or materials experience, including supervising teams.
• 3+ years of ERP/WMS systems and material-handling operations experience.
• 3+ years safety orientation (OSHA, PIT/forklift compliance) experience.
• Availability to support a multi-shift operation.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Experience applying Lean logistics and standard work in a plant environment.

• Ability to manage day-to-day logistics execution and inventory accuracy.
• APICS or Lean certification.
• Experience in high-growth or fast-paced manufacturing environments.
• Experience leading 20+ hourly team members.

Pay Range

The annual salary for this position is between $79,000.00 - $158,000.00 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate. The pay range will not be below the minimum wage applicable to the jurisdiction in which the applicant is to be employed.

Other Compensation

Thisposition may be entitled to short-term cash incentives, subject to plan requirements.
