Job summary

Carrier Global Corporation, a global leader in intelligent climate and energy solutions, seeks a Senior Supervisor, Logistics in Fort Worth, TX to lead shifts, oversee receiving, storage, replenishment and shipping, and ensure inventory accuracy and KPI improvements.

You will manage staffing, training and performance, drive Lean routines, and ensure OSHA/PIT safety compliance in a fast-paced environment. Degree + 3+ years logistics experience required.

• Availability to support a multi-shift operation.

• Owns inventory accuracy, cycle-count execution and transaction discipline.
• Manages staffing, scheduling, training and performance for the logistics team.
• Drives Lean logistics routines, standard work and 5S in warehouse, continuous improvement and line-side areas.
• Ensures compliance with OSHA and powered-industrial-truck safety requirements.
• Leads problem-solving on material flow, shortages and process deviations.
• Tracks and improves logistics KPIs (on-time delivery to line, inventory accuracy, productivity).

About This Role

The Senior Supervisor, Logistics leads logistics operations and teams across shifts, covering material receipt, storage, replenishment and shipping support. This role owns day-to-day execution, inventory accuracy and the development of front-line logistics teams.

Required Qualifications

• Availability to support a multi-shift operation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Experience applying Lean logistics and standard work in a plant environment.
• Ability to manage day-to-day logistics execution and inventory accuracy.
• APICS or Lean certification.
• Experience in high-growth or fast-paced manufacturing environments.
• Experience leading 20+ hourly team members.

Pay Range

The annual salary for this position is between $79,000.00 - $158,000.00 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate. The pay range will not be below the minimum wage applicable to the jurisdiction in which the applicant is to be employed.

Other Compensation

Thisposition may be entitled to short-term cash incentives, subject to plan requirements.
