Job summary

4Wall is seeking a Logistics Manager to coordinate inbound and outbound docks, ensure items are scanned and tracked, and oversee loading/unloading on trucks. You will ensure drivers have proper training and licenses, monitor DOT compliance, and maintain professional customer interactions across operations.

The role is full-time and on-site, with duties spanning warehouse and field coordination in a fast-paced entertainment production environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with loading docks and warehouse operations.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and requirements.
• Ability to schedule pickups and drop-offs, and manage drivers and warehouse staff.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a Logistics Manager to come join the 4Wall team!

What you will be doing: While every day is different at 4Wall, you will be responsible for controlling inbound and outbound docks ensuring items are properly scanned and accounted for in an organized safe manner; overseeing and participating in loading/unloading trucks; ensuring all drivers have the training and licenses required to operate their specific vehicles; ensuring all DOT regulations are being adhered to; and interacting with all customers in a professional and friendly manner.

What you bring to the table: Our ideal candidate will have experience with loading docks, scheduling pick up/drop offs and warehouse operations; understanding and knowledge of theatrical lighting, staging, rigging and entertainment equipment is preferred; experience managing drivers and warehouse employees; knowledge of DOT regulations and requirements; demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook and Excel; and ability to work overtime on nights and weekends on a semi-frequent basis.
