Job description

THE CANDIDATE WILL CONDUCT LOGISTICS MANAGEMENT SUPPORT FUNCTIONS, INCLUDING:

1. Inventory, QA, and documentation of outgoing production materials and equipment for formal deliveries worldwide.
2. Preparation of movement request forms (MRF) and transportation movement requests (TMR) for moving materials between warehouses, labs, and shipments to customers globally.
3. Wrapping, shipping, and receiving unclassified and classified equipment in accordance with regulations.
4. Researching equipment using FEDLOG, HAYSTACK, or ONE TOUCH.
5. Receiving, logging, and inventorying incoming packages/media from sites.
6. Conducting random inventory checks at various storage locations.
7. Labeling and copying media as needed.
8. Preparing media and ILS packages for shipment.
9. Filing media in the library and disposing of media properly.
10. Assisting the CM librarian with media requests.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Development, Education, Engineering, Physical Science, or a related field. Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) is preferred.

Experience

• Ten (10) years of strategic business management experience supporting Command & Control (C2) and/or Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) platforms.
• Experience in developing corporate strategic plans, organizational performance management plans, governance structures, and leading organizational change management efforts.

This position requires maintaining a Secret US DoD security clearance.
