Job summary

Kroger in Portland, TN is seeking a Warehouse Associate to operate power lift equipment and support efficient goods flow at our distribution center. You will move products from receiving to storage, replenish locations, and load trailers, while maintaining safety and policy compliance.

Qualifications include a high school/GED with 1 year experience, basic math, reading/writing skills, and the ability to work weekends and overtime. Training on equipment is provided.

Qualifications

• High school education or GED with at least 1 year of work experience.
• Ability to read, write and present information clearly in small groups.
• Basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
• Must be 18+ and able to work weekends, overtime and various shifts.
• Familiarity with distribution center terminology.

Responsibilities

• Use power lift equipment to move product from receiving to storage, replenish locations, load trailers.
• Place incoming merchandise in proper warehouse locations and move items to create space.
• Separate and move pallets as needed.
• Retrieve merchandise orders by stores.
• Perform all tasks safely according to policies and laws.
