Job summary

Kenco Logistics is seeking a Forklift Operator to safely move and prepare shipments in our Tennessee facility. You will operate powered industrial equipment, load/unload products, scan items, and keep inventory accurate while following safety and quality standards.

This role requires at least two years of forklift experience, an active license or ability to obtain one, and a high school diploma or equivalent. We offer comprehensive benefits and a stable, team-oriented work environment.

Qualifications

• Two years of forklift operating experience.
• Must be a licensed forklift operator or able to obtain license.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Background and drug screen required.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Attention to detail is essential.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate powered industrial equipment to move products or materials for distribution.
• Load, unload, and store products and materials.
• Stack and transport materials to designated areas.
• Scan products and print labels.
• Complete paperwork and operate inventory systems as needed.
• Ensure product rotation procedures are followed.
• Complete cycle counts as required.
• Perform daily forklift inspections and maintain safety standards.
• Report incidents to supervisor and follow up as needed.
• May perform housekeeping duties and other tasks as assigned.
