• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to learn and navigate multiple technology platforms.

Responsibilities

• Oversee logistics operations including customer service, freight loading/unloading, and dispatch.
• Learn Kaizen methodology and Lean processes to improve efficiency in dispatch operations.
• Prepare and maintain proper documentation and procedures for contract carriage operations.
• Lead a small team of hourly associates upon graduation from the program.
