Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or in progress in a related field.
• Demonstrated leadership through school, community, clubs or military.
• Authorized to work in the United States. Visa sponsorship not available.
• Willingness to relocate based on business needs or upon program completion.
• Internship or related work experience in a customer-facing role is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee logistics operations including customer service, freight loading/unloading, dispatch and proper documentation and procedure control.
• Learn Kaizen and Lean processes to improve dispatch productivity.
• Plan work assignments to ensure effective use of fleet/equipment and meet customer goals daily.
