Qualifications

• Prior work experience in supply chain, logistics, transportation or related field preferred.
• Associates or Bachelor’s Degree (any major) preferred; High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
• Willingness to relocate within the Pyle network upon program completion.
• Possess a positive, can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Shadow Pyle leaders to develop leadership skills through on-the-job experiences, project assignments and formal training.
• Understand “teamwork” and how all team members and roles impact the operation.
• Participate in classroom-style learning to develop industry and company knowledge, and build professional relationships with senior leadership.
• Perform several different positions and work on various shifts to gain hands-on experience.
