Job summary

TireHub in Sharon, MA is hiring a Warehouse & Delivery Associate Lead to manage warehouse tasks and lead tire deliveries. You will oversee packing, loading, dispatch, and daily reporting while upholding safety standards and customer service excellence.

Starting wage is $24.65/hour with guaranteed increases of $2.00 in the first year, and a Monday–Saturday rotating shift. This role reports to an Assistant TLC Leader.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of general work experience.
• Must have a minimum of 2 years of driving history with a valid license.
• Must be 19 years old.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Distribute tasks and lead warehousing and delivery activities.
• Load/unload, inspect, and tally tires for shipments.
• Operate order pickers, forklifts, and delivery vehicles safely.
• Provide daily operational summaries to leadership.
