Qualifications

• Five or more years of functional experience.
• Knowledge of OSHA practices, MSDS, warehouse safety, inventory control procedures.
• Familiarity with Contractor Purchasing Systems and Supply Chain Management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead a small team.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Oversee order and tracking of material, tooling, and rented equipment across multiple orders and contracts.
• Manage the 85,000 sq ft warehouse and external storage areas.
• Develop and maintain tracking records for government furnished material (GFM).
• Coordinate with subcontractors to develop Purchase Orders and rental equipment needs.
• Adhere to government training protocols, security, and environmental requirements.
