Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Facilitator and Project Manager of Strategy and Transformation on the Supply Chain & Network Operations team to support modernization of the LogIT portfolio. You will drive alignment through workshops, manage priorities, and lead process improvements across business and technical teams.

A successful candidate will have PMP and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, 3+ years in related roles, and the ability to explain AI concepts to stakeholders while traveling as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Active Secret clearance required.
• PMP certification and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certifications required.
• 3+ years in facilitation, project management, process improvement, or Scrum Master roles.
• 3+ years explaining AI concepts to stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel ~25% on average.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead facilitation of workshops, meetings, and stakeholder sessions.
• Manage project activities, priorities, and workplans for modernization of logistics IT initiatives.
• Lead process improvement efforts including root cause analysis and business process reengineering.
• Translate business needs into actionable requirements across teams.
• Provide Scrum Master support and advise on IT requirements in military/logistics environments.
