Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Facilitator and Project Manager of Strategy and Transformation on the Supply Chain & Network Operations team to support modernization of the LogIT portfolio. You will drive alignment through workshops, manage priorities, and lead process improvements across business and technical teams.

A successful candidate will have PMP and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, 3+ years in related roles, and the ability to explain AI concepts to stakeholders while traveling as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Active Secret clearance required.
• PMP certification and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certifications required.
• 3+ years in facilitation, project management, process improvement, or Scrum Master roles.
• 3+ years explaining AI concepts to stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel ~25% on average.

Responsibilities

Work you'll do

As a Facilitator and Project Manager of Strategy and Transformation on the Supply Chain & Network Operations team, you will be responsible for supporting modernization of the Logistics Information Technology (LogIT) portfolio to help teams deliver mission value faster.

• Lead facilitation of workshops, meetings, and stakeholder sessions to drive alignment, decisions, and actionable outcomes.
• Manage project activities, priorities, and workplans supporting modernization of logistics information technology initiatives.
• Lead process improvement efforts, including root cause analysis and business process reengineering, to improve portfolio delivery and mission support.
• Translate business and operational needs into actionable requirements and coordinate across business, operational, and technical teams.
• Provide Scrum Master support and advise stakeholders on technical information technology requirements in a military or logistics environment, including logistics information technology systems.

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor's degree
• Active Secret clearance
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• 3+ years of experience in facilitation, project management, process improvement, business process reengineering, or Scrum Master responsibilities
• 3+ years of experience explaining artificial intelligence, generative artificial intelligence, or denied, disrupted, intermittent, and limited (D-DIL) concepts to stakeholders
• Ability to travel 25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
