AVIAN, Inc. is seeking a Logistics Product Support Analyst at mid‑level for the NSWC Panama City Division IPT.

The role focuses on sustaining and documenting product support elements across the lifecycle, including LCSPs, IETMs, MRCs, and CMPs, with close collaboration among government, engineers, logisticians, and program teams. The ideal candidate will manage lifecycle logistics documentation, perform trade‑offs on ECPs, and provide acquisition and production support to ensure readiness and

Qualifications

• DoD and Navy logistics principles, processes, and life‑cycle management experience.
• Experience writing technical documentation and logistics plans.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 and common office software.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a cross‑functional team.

Responsabilités

• Lead lifecycle logistics program documentation, milestones, and plans.
• Update logistics documentation for readiness and sustainment across the lifecycle.
• Review engineering change proposals for impacts on logistics and cost.
• Provide acquisition and production support ensuring logistics requirements are included.
• Analyze strategies affecting production, distribution, inventory, and readiness.
• Coordinate Integrated Logistics Assessments and track milestones.
• Develop and maintain technical docs, manuals, and procedures.
• Collaborate with engineers, logisticians, SMEs to translate complex data into clear docs.
• Analyze source material to communicate system capabilities and maintenance needs.
• Facilitate logistics meetings; prepare briefs and track actions.
